The 1.4 dashboard exposes an IaaS marketplace (Bucket, Kubernetes, VPC, VMDisk, VMInstance) and a PaaS catalog (managed databases, messaging, object storage, etc.), driven by ApplicationDefinition. This is shown only in the 1.4 release blog post, never in the docs.
Dashboard steps to document: browse/search the catalog, distinguish IaaS vs PaaS tiers, open per-app built-in docs, and start a deploy.
