Can I build php-cgi executable with it?

If I remove the --disable-cgi flag passed to configure script, would that be expected to work?

No. CGI is another SAPI and we don't support currently. Although this is untested, you may be able to remove --disable-cgi, add --enable-cgi and modify the XXXBuilder source code for your OS (e.g. add a buildCGI() method) . But this may be a lot of work.

Did that, the build is completed. I can see the modules with -m and the version with -v, but got a segmentation fault running the CGI with -b 127.0.0.1:9000. This is my craft file:

Unfortunately, that's about as far as our support for cgi goes. It's just not a widely used binary anymore - hasn't been in 20 years.

I would strongly reconsider the use case, but no, you will have to get familiar with php internals and debug your produced cgi binary to find out what causes the segmentation fault.

Alternatively, you'll just have to ship the whole php stuff from https://windows.php.net/download/ with your cgi binary.

Is it available on windows? I got Windows does not support fpm SAPI, I will skip it. with FPM and not available CGI option
