State of the project ?

Will there be any update regarding axios new features since 2022 ? Or is this project abandoned ?

I created a fork that might be useful for anyone looking for an actively maintained version: @kouhin/redaxios

The main changes from upstream:

• Full TypeScript rewrite with proper exported types
• Axios-compatible error handling (errors are proper Error instances with message, status, code, isAxiosError, etc.)
• axios.isAxiosError() and axios.isCancel() helpers
• Request cancellation via AbortController / signal
• Request timeout via timeout option
• Modern toolchain: Bun + Biome (replacing microbundle, karmatic, ESLint+Prettier)
• ESM + CJS dual output

The goal was to keep the minimal design philosophy of the original while fixing the pain points. Available on npm as @kouhin/redaxios.
