Unable the build the project with v12.0.0 - errors from firebase lib

When I update to firebase-admin-node v 12.0.0 I am unable to build my project. Anyone else having the same problem?
I don't have any problems on 11.11.1

Env: Node 20.10.0

Btw you can ignore the problem by setting up "skipLibCheck": true, in tsconfig.json

For us, the issue has been fixed.
