Update README and Repo Wiki with relevant information

The README and Wiki needs updating folks!

For the README, look at the following list of awesome readme's to gain an idea of what could be included.

It should at the minimum, include a quick project explanation and installation instructions

The Wiki pages could include any information relating to the bot or it's development including:

• How to run it
• The available commands
• How to add new commands
• How to contribute to the development
  A Wiki example by the boffins at Netflix
