Additional notes for reviewers

The submitted plugin is the conversational integration layer. It orchestrates the separately installed local Visum CLI and Engine and does not redistribute those proprietary executables or official RO-ER base models. The canonical skill and every host wrapper are byte-identical and the repository validator passes. The official GitHub gh skill publish --dry-run validator passes without package warnings. Live behavior was evaluated in Cursor; Copilot CLI 1.0.82 successfully parsed the local plugin but this account cannot perform a model-response test because its Copilot policy currently denies AI requests. The marketplace intake install smoke test is therefore particularly useful.
