Command line running rule scan keeps reporting errors

The codeql database analyze command performs two steps, firstly it runs the queries (codeql database run-queries) and after that it interprets the query data as "static analysis alerts" (codeql database interpret-results). CodeQL can only interpret results as alerts for queries of kind problem and path-problem. The kind table is reserved for uninterpreted data.

To avoid this problem you should not pass ExternalApiUsedUntrustedData.ql to the codeql database analyze command.
