- Human-readable Issue titles (spec 012) — spec Issues are now titled
<NNN> — <name> (e.g. 006 — Faithful projection) instead of the directory slug, derived deterministically from the spec's # Feature Specification: H1 (falling back to the Input lede, then the slug). Additive and default-on; existing Issues re-title once on the next reconcile, then stay zero-churn.
Additive; extension.id stays linear; the command surface is unchanged. extension.yml manifest is valid; a GitHub release with the v0.6.0 tag exists (download archive returns 200). Verified specify-installable from the release URL.
