Investigate better ways to handle large file downloads

Right now, large files may fail when downloading using getFiles() either by timing out or exhausting memory.

If you're running into this, you may want to write your own function to download large files. If you have suggestions on how to handle the memory/timeout issues, let us know!

@radhack problems with large files are typically related to misconfigurations in memory in your php.ini file, or as @mr-nash mentioned a network related issue related to TTL in either your webserver or HttpClient (guzzle). First check out the following settings in your .ini file and increase to what you see fit. However if your worried about security when increasing these setting then I would advise separating this in your network infra to it's own instance and make it strictly and upload/download server which is separate from the rest of your application.

Upload_max_filesize  - 1500 M
Max_input_time  - 1000
Memory_limit    - 640M
Max_execution_time -  1800
Post_max_size - 2000 M
