Add account_id param to getSignatureRequests()

getSignatureRequests() method needs to accept page_size, account_id, and query params

This is a workaround to use the query functionality on this endpoint using the GuzzleHttp request library:

function listSignaturesWithRest($key) {
  $client = new GuzzleHttp\Client([
      'base_uri' => 'https://'.$key.':@api.hellosign.com/v3/'
  ]);
  $response = $client->request('GET', 'signature_request/list?query=to:james@example.com');
  $body = $response->getBody();
  echo $body;
};

If you like, I can update the PR to also accept account_id
