Subject: [PATCH] chore(deps): bump hotdata SDK to 0.20.0

The SDK's JobType enum has no catch-all, so a database_fork job from the
server failed to parse under 0.19.0 and `jobs show` on a fork job
errored. 0.20.0 adds the variant; the --job-type filter accepts it too.
