I'm using:
Visual Studio Professional 2022 LTSC 17.8.
ICSharpCode.CodeConverter.VsExtension - v10.0.1
I get the above error when trying to do, usually a C# to VB conversion, but even when trying to access the Options page.
Versions prior to 10 all worked fine.
