Support for unique IDs from SDK v6

The SDK v6 has many new features, and it can be tested in the OpenRGB Pipeline version already.

One of the best features is the new unique ID per controller. That allows clients to easily associate with a given controller in case they need to store specific information about such controller like preferences.

That will help the Home Assistant integration a lot.
