References to Crunch 2 are outdated

The Crunch 2 less preprocessor repository is shown as archived in github, and the https://getcrunch.co website is no longer a website for this tool.
Please can the URL be removed and this tool flagged as end of life.

Oop, since I developed Crunch / Crunch 2, this is something I should have thought of, but thanks for catching it!
