I just cloned the repo today and I have the right access token for MAPBOX_DOWNLOADS_TOKEN and got the forbidden error when trying to run the app:
Could not GET 'https://api.mapbox.com/downloads/v2/snapshots/maven/com/mapbox/navigationcore/ev-ndk27/3.26.0/ev-ndk27-3.26.0.pom'. Received status code 403 from server: Forbidden
