From c9b9e335d6f2a0c773e6ec400ef850463be8d57d Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Kyle Sexton <153232337+kyle-sexton@users.noreply.github.com> Date: Tue, 3 Nov 2026 12:33:52 -0500 Subject: [PATCH 1/3] feat(session-flow): judge applied retro changes on later sessions Retro session mode now records each applied finding with /corrections:codify note --applied, and 2C judges those rows when a later session meets their situation: effective, recurring, added work or not encountered, with whether the change was loaded and consulted. A repo with no CI or pre-commit step proposes a check only when a session mistake is one that check would have caught. The durable- findings tests gain a fourth, for lists of observed cases, and each recommendation makes one change for one finding. codify note accepts --applied, which adds "kind": "applied" to the row; group leaves applied rows out of its by-mistake counts.
