External Entities : allow_create_change_locally does't work

mxcli version : v0.16.0
Mendix version : 11.12.0

Scenario: I need to import in the Domain Model from Odata Consume Service ( TripPinService) enabling the Create_change_locally = true

Expected output: I expect the imported entities having that flag to true

Actual output: the imported entities having still that flag to false
