When I upgrade my Heltec V4.2 based repeater from 1.14.1 to 1.15 through OTA, that went flawless.
When I tried to invoke OTA for uploading the observer firmware, it wasn't succesful.
The WiFi signal was strong enough (full-scale).
However, the OTA page, http://192.168.4.1/update took forever and in the end didn't load.
Rebooting the repeater didn't help. I tried 3 times.
Changing browser didn't help too. Both Chrome and Safari showed the same symptom.
I guess I have to get on the roof to do the update I want.
Still I wonder why "start ota" didn't work as previously.
