Repro Steps
Open a new Ubuntu terminal
Expected Behavior
The terminal should open in my home directory and let me input Linux commands.
Actual Behavior
Whenever I open a new Ubuntu terminal it hangs and ignores every input I try to give it (Ctrl+C for example) the only way I have to close the terminal is to run wsl --shutdown from a cmd or a PowerShell.
