My created conda python environments are not available for selection in the Python: Select Interpreter option for new workspaces. Older workspaces work fine, with the previously attributed environments. Manually finding the environment is also broken as nothing happens when I navigate manually to previously created conda environments

is this new to this release? If you go to the previous release does that fix it or has this been happening for a few releases

On the previous release this was not an issue. I have noticed though that switching back the Python Environments extension to the Pre-Release version, this issue is resolved.

So far that's how I'm working. It does however signal an incompatibility between the new VS Code and the latest Python Environments release
