Pilot: can you complete your first Daily?

[miniLV]

Goal

Recruit up to 5 real Codex users to test the current agent-first setup and complete one Daily memory run. This is an activation study, not a star campaign: please do not star the repository just to participate.

Good fit

• You use Codex App on macOS.
• You have at least one recent Codex or Claude Code session available locally.
• You are comfortable keeping the generated Markdown private on your machine.

Test flow

1. In an existing Codex project, send:

   帮我安装 [miniLV/coding-agent-memory](https://github.com/miniLV/coding-agent-memory)
   

2. Review the read-only preflight, then approve the full local setup if the checks look correct.

3. Run or wait for the installed Daily automation once for a date that has at least one local session.

4. Reply here with the outcome template below.

Please do not paste raw sessions, generated Daily content, usernames, private repository names, absolute paths, tokens, screenshots with personal data, or other private memory. A short error category or a redacted error line is enough.

Success criteria

• At least 3 completed reports.
• We can distinguish preflight, setup, and first-Daily failures.
• If most testers cannot complete the first Daily, onboarding fixes take priority over further promotion.

The pilot closes after 5 usable reports or when a repeated blocker is clear.
