Using install-pip-packages.sh

I had an error when I try to create a layer in sa-east-1 with scikit-learn, everything is ok, but when I try to run my lambda function but it raises following error:

/opt/python/scipy/linalg/_fblas.cpython-37m-x86_64-linux-gnu.so: ELF load command address/offset not properly aligned Traceback (most recent call last):

I don't know if this is when we applied strip to all ".so" files from the installation.

Anyone else with this issue?
