When installing from the datapacks tab, install the datapack as a datapack and not as a mod.

When I go to the datapacks tab, and install a datapack on an instance, instead of installing the datapack, it installs the mod, which is really annoying if I want it per-world.

One fix would be to just install the datapack if you are in the datapacks tab, and just install the mod if you are in the mods tab.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Another fix would be to give the user a simple two button popup asking to install the datapack version or the mod version.
