Mod page causes redirect loop

Describe the bug

When you try to open the modrinth page of the following mod, the browser gets stuck in a redirect loop: https://modrinth.com/mod/redrox%60s-emerald-tools-and-armour

I presume that's caused by the ` in the slug. Opening the page directly from the search works until you reload the page.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to https://modrinth.com/mod/redrox%60s-emerald-tools-and-armour
2. See the problem

Expected behavior

The page should load normally
