Symlinking resourcepacks causes `I/O error: second time provided was later than self` error

Hello,
i have my resourcepacks folder symlinked between my instances so i dont need to install + update for every profile.
Since the last few updates this causes the content tab in the Modrinth app to not show any content anymore.
Instead this error message is shown.

An error occurred
I/O error: second time provided was later than self

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new Profile
2. Create a symlink inside the new profile called resourcepacks
mklink /D "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\ModrinthApp\profiles\Fabric 26.2\resourcepacks" "C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Roaming\ModrinthApp\resourcepacks"

Expected behavior

The symlink gets recognized correctly and shows in the Modrinth app
