MQTTS support on all modules?

I'm the EC200U-EU module, does this support MQTT(S) as a security is required for use with AWS iot core?

Note that AWS is supported on the BG95 via a document provided "BG95 Series AWS IoT Platform Access User Guide"

The EC200U datasheet just specifies MQTT, so it is unclear if MQTTS is supported.

Yes, the EC200U-EU module supports MQTTS (MQTT over SSL/TLS), which is required for platforms like AWS IoT Core.
Although the datasheet only mentions "MQTT", secure connections (MQTTS) are fully supported as long as the firmware includes SSL/TLS functionality. In QuecPython, this typically requires the ussl module, which is used to wrap sockets with TLS.
