Subject: [PATCH] agent-friendly L2-4: mypy on domain_dynamo

Extend mypy files to lambda/domain_dynamo.py; drop unused lambda.* ignore_errors.
Makefile/CI typecheck: mypy (pyproject files). Keep app.py out.
