[Bug] - Some background colors are off

Description

Some background colors appear to be off compared to Figma; we should take a look:

Primary color demo is gray
Onboarding modal is white
Terms of use modal is white
Onboarding modal is white

Probably introduced during glass work or PF upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce

In https://github.com/patternfly/chatbot/pulls, the screenshots have different background colors.
