chores: merge commits credited to "GitHub"

@pointlander From the Git history, all merge have commiter GitHub <noreply@github.com>. There is probably something to do in your GitHub settings to have proper attribution of your merge actions.

This is because I am using squash merging. I might be able to change this at the time of a merge. Are you getting full credit?

Looks like there isn't a way to change this other than not doing a squash merge. Are you getting full credit for your work? @dolmen
