From e9fc086f5258206a1970a3b4428eaad8041c0295 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Alex Castillo Date: Wed, 21 Oct 2026 09:23:49 -0400 Subject: [PATCH] docs: use claude-sonnet-5-5 and gemini-3.8-flash in the model examples The docs and docstrings name claude-sonnet-4-5 as the example Anthropic model, which Anthropic retires on 2026-11-30, and google/gemini-2.5-flash as the Google example. Use claude-sonnet-5-5 and gemini-3.8-flash. pkg-r/man/QueryChat.Rd is updated by hand to match the roxygen comment in R/QueryChat.R.
