FIX ISSUE #16 BUG

- Correzione filtro del modulo log_channel, ora logga url e text_link nel canale settato
- Correzione errore in __init__.py per quanto riguarda la __version__
- Quando ENV è settata, ora i NO_LOAD e LOAD possono essere specificati come una lista sepratati da virgole
- Correzione bozza modulo spam, ora filtra correttamente quando riceve un'entity vietata , modulo work in progress
