🎯 1:1 Career Consultation Breakdown (Unlocked at 5 PRs)

The tech hiring landscape is tough. Most contributors write code and stay hidden. This 1:1 strategy session is designed to turn your open-source work into interview calls:

Area of Focus	What We Audit & Fix	Why It Matters for Jobs
📄 Resume Review	Formatting, bullet point impact, and ATS optimization.	Passes initial recruiter filters without getting automatically rejected.
🐙 GitHub Audit	Commit history cleanliness, README storytelling, and project architecture.	Demonstrates real production-level practices instead of generic tutorial clones.
🎯 Niche Alignment	Pinpointing target industries, domains, and specific roles.	Prevents spreading yourself thin so target companies find you directly.
🤝 Network Strategy	Outreach scripts, cold messaging frameworks, and networking loops.	Bypasses cold applications to secure direct internal employee referrals.
