[Bug]: "Sort Lines" inserts additional blank lines

Steps to reproduce

When I perform the "Sort Lines" on the file above, additional blank lines will be inserted after certain specific lines. When the file is CRLF, an additional CR is inserted, and when the file is LF, an additional LF is inserted. (See actual behaviour for screenshots)

Just sort lines.

• I searched existing issues and this is not a duplicate.
• I can reproduce this on a clean install (or a fresh INI via Notepad3 /i), not only with my customized config.
• If attaching Notepad3.ini: I've reviewed it for sensitive entries ([Recent Files], [Recent Find], [Recent Replace], Favorites=, DefaultDirectory=) and redacted what I don't want to share publicly.

Using Notepad3 (x64) 7.26.715.1 beta, I'm not able to reproduce your issue. 🤔

The version number I generated with the latest code is 7.26.813.1. This issue is due to the StrTrimA() function, which is a Windows API, so is it possible that this is related to the version of Windows? Can you take a look at the link in the PR? I think if there were no changes made to this part, it should still exist.
