Is there an official inference-provider partnership or onboarding process? #215

I think having a clearly defined onboarding process for inference providers would be a valuable addition to AgentEnv, especially as more infrastructure providers look to integrate with agent frameworks. Beyond commercial partnerships, it would be useful to have a documented technical process covering API compatibility, authentication, model availability, latency, rate limits, reliability, and security requirements. A provider certification or validation process could also help ensure that integrations behave consistently across different environments. It might be worth distinguishing between providers that can already integrate through existing LiteLLM or Hugging Face support and providers seeking official listing or partnership status, since those could have different requirements. Does the team have plans to formalize this process, perhaps through a provider submission guide or a public set of integration criteria? That would give interested providers a clearer path forward while helping users understand what being an officially listed provider actually means. |
Uh oh!

Hi AgentEnv team — does AgentEnv have an official inference-provider partnership program?
Boundless Networks is interested in becoming a listed inference provider. We saw that the model-provider docs support LiteLLM and Hugging Face, and that sandbox providers have named integrations and partnerships.
Is there an equivalent path for inference providers? If so, who handles onboarding, what technical and commercial requirements apply, and how should we apply?
Thanks!
