Support for filterable/searchable options in `<el-select>`

Is it possible to add input box in el-options to filter el-option

We don't have a searchable select right now. You may be able to use <el-autocomplete> instead of <el-select> though. You can find the docs for that here: https://tailwindcss.com/plus/ui-blocks/documentation/autocomplete

It does function a bit differently from what a searchable select would be — more like a combobox where you can enter in any value even if its not in a list.
