when installing vp, why is it downloading nodejs, even I have it already installed on my system and selected not to ?

same thing happens when I select bun as package manager. It downloads bun again, even after I have latest bun installed on my system.

This node is used by Vite+ itself. Currently, Vite+ still relies on this node to run JavaScript code.

1. So VP_NODE_MANAGER=no has no use?
2. Why is it installing bun again, when selecting bun as package manager, when using vp create?
