Document Select radio/checkbox member IDs changing from
<name>-<option-value>to<control-id>-option-<zero-based-index>, including external reference migration. Include Password among controls gaining unconditional containers, remove nonexistent empty value attributes from the migration example, and clarify textarea and Fieldset property targets.Correct the release checklist to reference this repository's releases and the
