docs(p8): qualify current external contribution evidence

Purpose

Update P8 (#114) with the external contribution evidence that now exists in the public repository, while preserving the preregistered independence and closeout boundaries.

Records added

• P8-EXT-0001: PandaHUN777 PR feat(examples): add deterministic hello-drift smoke test #126 — merged deterministic hello-drift contribution;
• P8-EXT-0002: astrogilda PR docs: add deterministic Alpha.5 Python/pytest integration recipe #128 — open Python/pytest Alpha.5 recipe with retained positive and negative execution results;
• P8-EXT-0003: PandaHUN777 PR docs: add GitHub Action consumer example #127 — open GitHub Action consumer example with a maintainer-requested portability correction.

Qualification decisions

• classify each as EXTERNAL_CONTRIBUTION, which is a qualifying P8 evidence class under A0;
• do not relabel contributor-owned execution as A1 zero-assistance reproduction without the required independence/assistance record;
• do not relabel a synthetic fixture authored for ExecSurface as A4/P9.5 external real-workload evidence;
• retain the restricted-environment failures in docs: add deterministic Alpha.5 Python/pytest integration recipe #128 and the open portability defect in docs: add GitHub Action consumer example #127;
• state explicitly that A5 still lacks the required execution/use + challenge/interoperability pair.
