[UX]: Add a clear button to the repository search input

Description

When a user searches for a repository in the Repository Explorer, the results are filtered based on the entered search text. However, there is currently no dedicated control to quickly clear the search.

Users have to manually remove the entered text before they can return to the full repository list.

Proposed Solution

Add a clear (×) button inside the search input whenever it contains text.

When the user clicks the clear button:

• The search input should be cleared.
• The active search/filter should be reset.
• The full repository list should be displayed again.

Expected Behavior

1. User enters a repository name, such as DebateAI.
2. The repository list is filtered to matching results.
3. A clear (×) button appears in the search input.
4. User clicks the clear button.
5. The search input becomes empty and the full repository list is restored.

Benefits

• Makes it easier to reset the search.
• Reduces unnecessary manual backspacing.
• Provides a more intuitive search experience.
• Improves the overall usability of the Repository Explorer.
