Switches the docker compose setup from the archived nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged image to nginx/nginx-unprivileged.

Changes

  • docker-compose.yml: nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged:alpine → nginx/nginx-unprivileged:alpine (docker-compose.server.yml does not override the image, so this covers both local and server)

Why

Docker Hub marks nginxinc/nginx-unprivileged as archived: "This registry is no longer maintained, please use https://hub.docker.com/r/nginx/nginx-unprivileged/ instead." The ITK Dev docker templates were updated in itk-dev/devops_itkdev-docker#159.
