D-HOLO: pre-register H11 and H12, add connectedness to H6b; record #1550

Changes

• H11, stacked logic (runs after H6b). A chain of NAL polyfill bricks at depth 1–8 is composed and then evaluated once. It passes on three criteria, each with its own falsifier:
  • Every answer matches the oracle, and the chain answers queries no single brick answers.
  • Total cost at d = 4 is below the cost of d separate brick runs.
  • Confidence is never inflated: evidence sharing a base is never revised together, and disabling the Gadamer gate must produce an inflated confidence on the fixture.
• H12, a semantic map of inference functions across OpenNARS for Research, ONA and the NAL polyfill, plus a MeTTa NAL if one can be pinned. The method follows Haspelmath (2003):
  • Selection rule: a function becomes a node when two systems differ on it.
  • Stability rule: assimilation is complete when the last system added contributes zero new nodes, in both addition orders.
  • Each difference is classified as a real distinction or as a defect in one system.
• H6b amendment, made before any run: a connected-component count is added as a measured column, plus a doughnut fixture. Connectedness is tested as a selector input and never assumed.
• Board:
  • PR_ARC_INVENTORY and LATEST_STATE entries for D-HOLO: address-indexed algebra falsifiers H1, H5, H6 (measured); H6b, H8, H9 pre-registered #1550.
  • New STATUS rows D-HOLO-H11 and D-HOLO-H12; the H6b row is amended.
  • Indexes regenerated.

Not in this PR

• H13 (saccades) and the meta-level inertness tests stay unregistered. H13 needs a named focus signal, and the meta levels need a stated meaning.
