research: recovery ledger revised against #1495–#1553

Docs only. This revises .claude/research/2026-10-recovery/CONSOLIDATED-LEDGER.md after the 49 PRs merged since #1494.

Changes to the list

Closed: C15–C18, C20, C21

• O25's pin already exists: chain_confidence.rs:88, dated 2026-10-08.
• D2's refusal core shipped as nal::Revision (D-NALP-3: NAL revision as one grouped cross-moment fold, keyed by evidential base #1538).
• Exact deduction, induction and abduction truth codes landed (causal-edge: exact truth codes for deduction, induction, abduction (D-NALP-4 harvest) #1548).
• Gadamer invariants G1–G7 are pinned.
• The "Staunen" table finding is answered by the board entry's own append-only addendum.

New open items: N1–N14. The sharpest is N1:

• syllogize writes bits 50..52 as 0b111 and zeroes the witness and epistemic bits.
• A derived edge therefore inherits none of its premises' hydration, witness or maturation state.
• Under the pyramid reading, every syllogism would read as Astonishment.

The two board gaps are also listed: no PR-arc entries for #1494–#1504, and no STATUS rows for D-RESIDUE-FP-0 and D-MATURATION3-0.

Merged dots: K1–K5

• K1: the upper half of CE64 (46..63), with its reading declared per class through the ClassView (plateau U1). This absorbs HL-O1/O2/O3, O4, O10, O14 and the pyramid's promotion.
• K2: one provenance identity in place of four stamp/root carriers.
• K3: one producer for the counterfactual verdict (O22).
• K4: an intention maps to a Rubikon commitment, not to Causes.
• K5: residue, frontier and calibration form one loop.

Renaming: the plateau's O1..O8 are now HL-O1..HL-O8, so they no longer collide with this ledger's IDs.

Decisions requested

K1, the O25 policy (refuse or choice), O7, O23 (TruthOnly as a fourth reading) and O26 (what "A intends B" maps to).

About O7: lance-graph's CLAUDE.md has no model-identifier rule, so O7 stays open. This was corrected after Codex review in e7d2cb5.

Every hit the ledger relies on was read at its cited line. Haiku harvest agents located the candidates; they decided nothing.
