Purpose: the thought address is the witness coordinate; the version witnesses the change
This PR makes the C-01/C-02 ring falsifier executable without inventing a second witness identity. The manually bound four SPO facts use fixed symbolic referent/claim identities. A recorded claim at the existing symbolic address
corefers(last_sentence.key,first_sentence.key)first becomes visible in the sealed revision(symbolic-ring, main, v17).The version witnesses that the claim was present in that sealed history. Its original independent source roots remain separate receipt metadata for evidential independence, NAL revision and appropriate authorization/certification. A version alone does not establish the external truth of coreference, and thought-slot reuse cannot substitute for a sealed historical reference.
Changes
external_identity_witnessfield in docs(research): versioned semantic candidate resolution across 64 thoughts #1604's preregistered fixture is not used as a second identity or as the admission authority; the original JSON remains untouched for traceability.Verification

This is an independent manually bound oracle, not a parser, real Lance commit, R2IL relational join, or source authentication system. The version IDs are synthetic. The C-01/C-02 results are reference expectations; no production coreference/reasoning ability is claimed.
Next step: connect pinned DeepNSM/UD bindings and versioned thought writes to the existing mask/R2IL lowering, checking that the same claim address and pinned revision produce oracle-equivalent results, including refusal of false identity and historical leakage.
