Installation is documented at https://ipfs-node.docs.adamant.im/guide/installation.

The instructions that used to be here are obsolete: the service now requires Node.js 24, not Node.js 22, and npm ci must run install scripts because Helia pulls a native module whose prebuilt binary is downloaded during installation.
