Bug fixes spotted by clang-tidy in CutsLibrary.cxx, HistogramsLibrary.cxx, MCSignalLibrary.cxx, MixingLibrary.cxx. Mainly fixing for "readability-string-compare", "modernize-use-auto" and "modernize-avoid-c-arrays".
