…s/Casing namespaces, rewrite letter-classifying methods with Rune for correct Unicode handling BREAKING CHANGE: IsValidEmail, IsValidPhoneNumber now require 'using StringExtension.Validation;'. IsPalindrome, CountLetters now require 'using StringExtension.Linguistics;'. ToCamelCase now requires 'using StringExtension.Casing;'.
