Version: 26.10.25.1

What does this implement/fix?

Moves CAST-1 to ESPHome 2026.10 (stable since Oct 21): renames esp32_improv to improv_ble and sets min_version: 2026.10.0. ESPHome 2026.10 ships a newer Sendspin library, so this build needs Music Assistant 2.10.7 or newer and won't connect to 2.10.6 or older. Also makes WizMote Volume Up unmute first, since 2026.10 no longer clears mute on a volume change. Heads-up for testers: the Sendspin ID now lives on the device, so a factory reset or going back to Stable shows the CAST-1 as a new player in Music Assistant. Don't merge until it's been bench-tested against Music Assistant 2.10.8.

Full details: Title check

Explanation

The title names the two main changes in the PR: building on ESPHome 2026.10 and renaming esp32_improv to improv_ble. Both appear in the file summary (Core.yaml raises the minimum ESPHome version to 2026.10.0 and swaps esp32_improv for improv_ble) and in the objectives. The title omits the WizMote Volume Up unmute fix, which is a secondary change, so the title is related to the main change but does not cover every detail. The title is 62 characters, which is within a normal length range.

A rabbit checks the firmware line,
Then helps the volume climb.
Unmute first, then up it goes,
While BLE configuration flows.
The rabbit hops beneath the moon,
And curls up after this update tune.

Comment @coderabbitai help to get the list of available commands.

ESPHome 2026.10 no longer clears mute when the volume changes, so a
muted CAST-1 stayed silent when Volume Up was pressed on the WizMote.
