docs: Apollo mmWave 2.2.4 calibration headroom, false-trigger troubleshooting - #1186
Matches Apollo mmWave 2.2.4, which raises the default calibration headroom from 10 points or 25% to 15 points or 35% of each gate's peak.
Usage guide. The headroom sentence and its worked examples now read "From Apollo mmWave 2.2.4". A peak of 14 becomes 29, and a peak of 60 becomes 81.
New troubleshooting entry: "The radar still triggers with nobody there". It covers updating and calibrating again with the room's usual fans and heating running, and a longer listen (duration_s). It explains raising margin, either once through the action, with a My Home Assistant button, or every time through the card's calibration block, with a YAML example. It also covers fine-tuning one gate, and Undo if the radar now misses people.
Every sensor's copy updates too, because each one includes this page.
Checked with a local mkdocs build: clean, the new anchors resolve, and the nested list renders as intended. The result screenshot and clip still show 2.2.3 numbers. They'll be recaptured on 2.2.4.
Updated calibration guidance with the current threshold headroom rule and revised examples.
Added troubleshooting steps for persistent false triggers, including recalibration, longer listening, threshold adjustments, and recovery if sensitivity decreases.
…shooting
The calibration headroom is now 15 points or 35% of each gate's peak
(Apollo mmWave 2.2.4). The usage guide gives the new numbers and examples,
and a new troubleshooting entry covers a radar that still triggers with
nobody there: calibrate again after updating, calibrate with the room's
usual fans and heating running, raise margin or margin_pct, or fine-tune one
gate. Every sensor's copy of the guide includes this page.

Lead with margin, since margin_pct only moves gates whose peak is 43 or
more at the defaults. Show the calibration block's YAML and nesting, give
the generated dashboard a route (the calibrate_gates action, or the
strategy), add a longer listen for things that cycle, and qualify the
2.2.4 headroom by version.

The Apollo mmWave dashboard documentation now describes the calibration headroom rule introduced in version 2.2.4. It also adds guidance for reducing false triggers after calibration and restoring sensitivity if it worsens.
Recapture the calibration media so users are not shown outdated results alongside the updated 2.2.4 guidance.

A rabbit reads the thresholds anew, Fifteen points and thirty-five too. It listens while room noises play, Then tunes the gates along the way. If senses fade, Undo saves the day.

The text at Line 86 now documents 14 → 29 and 60 → 81. The calibration video at Line 72 and result image at Line 88 still show 2.2.3 values. Replace both assets before merge so the media does not contradict the documented rule.

The calibration clip and result screenshot show a 2.2.3 run. They need a live 2.2.4 calibration on a test radar to recapture, which isn't possible right now (no Home Assistant session). The text is correct for 2.2.4, so this merges now, and the media gets replaced in a follow-up PR once the recapture is done.
