Bluetooth tracking: which room everyone is in, with Bermuda and PadSpan - #1196
As we talked about by email, this adds a section at the end of the Bluetooth tracking page about room-level tracking, using your devices as Bluetooth proxies. It covers Bermuda and PadSpan: what each one adds on top of the proxy setup, what to set up first, and how to install both. There's also one sentence in the page intro that points to it.
To be upfront: I make PadSpan. Bermuda is a separate project by its own author (agittins).
Expanded the Bluetooth tracking guide to cover setup for the Bermuda and PadSpan integrations.
Added guidance on using Bluetooth proxies and Home Assistant device areas to track phones, watches, and tags.
Clarified the available features: Bermuda provides area and distance sensors, while PadSpan adds a floor-plan view, room and distance sensors, home/away status, and device location using multiple proxies on a floor.

Format the new prerequisites as a note admonition.
The "Before you start:" block is plain text followed by a numbered list. The style guide says to put must-not-miss information in an admonition, and it assigns note to prerequisites. Most other "Before you start" blocks in docs/ use !!! note "Before you start", so the same format fits this section.
Suggested fix
-Before you start:--1. Put a proxy in each room you want to tell apart. One proxy is enough for home or away, but rooms need one each.-2. Check that each Apollo device is in the right area in Home Assistant: open the device and set its **Area**. Both integrations use it as the room.-3. Set up your phones once, because they keep changing their Bluetooth address. Add iPhones and Apple Watches to the **Private BLE Device** integration (see [Apple iPhone and Apple Watch](#apple-iphone-and-apple-watch) above), and on Android turn on the **BLE Transmitter** in the Home Assistant Companion app (see [Android](#android) above).+!!! note "Before you start"++ 1. The repository's documentation rules require admonitions for must-know information and assign note to prerequisites.
