Analytics changes ready to be pushed live, passing testing.

Social image changes need instrumentation - currently implemented as a prototype to call one-off in the /tools directory. Decisions to be made on where to store each webp image - in each learning path directory or in a dedicated 'social-image' dir (recommended to keep outside the learning path content area to avoid confusion). Ideally same shared folder with install guide content to reduce duplication.

Thanks @zachlasiuk can you please remove output_sample.webp, the empty gitkeep file and correct the README file file with broken instructions (wrong directory)
